Chapter 3, Hiring Ethical Candidates is very informative and applicable. I like the section on ethical screening: it's not black and white or easy. This is well presented. Very good examples (e.g., p. 12). The section on Background Checks is absolutely fabulous. This is missing from most texts I have considered.
