Wiley Introduces a
New Food Safety Program

Wiley has joined with the National Environmental Health Association (NEHA) and Prometric to provide a new offering for your Food Safety and Sanitation Training and Certification materials.

The food service industry is constantly evolving, but the competency level of managers who are responsible for the safety of food served remains a consistent priority. In order for a food service operation to manage its risk effectively, managers must not only pass an American National Standards Institute/Conference for Food Protection ANSI/CFP-accredited food safety manager examination, but they must also retain that information and put it into practice.

To ensure that professionals receive the most up-to-date, effective food safety training, Wiley offers a complete Food Safety program that consists of Professional Food Manager, 4th Edition and an ANSI/CFP-approved Food Manager Certification Exam through Prometric.
