Thermodynamics Design Online serves as a new media companion to engineering textbooks published by John Wiley & Sons, College Division. The site is funded in part by our project Partners in Education - companies and organizations that utilize thermodynamics in their work, examples of which are featured in our Partners section. This Partnership for Education Program is designed to expose students to practical applications, through Partner participation, of the concepts and materials covered in Engineering courses, and to provide students and Partners with a forum for career and recruitment opportunities. The Career Center provides a variety of tools and resources for students considering careers in engineering and employers looking for qaulified candidates. The site's Design Interactive features provide a breadth of content for students to explore in conjunction with their course work. |
