MICHAEL FULLAN is a professor emeritus of the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto.  Recognized as a worldwide authority on organizational change, he is enaged in training, consulting, and evaluating change projects around the world.  Fullan is the author of The Six Secrets of Change, Leading in a Culture of Change, and Turnaround Leadership.  He lives in Toronto.
