Mike Bonem has co-authored two books related to congregational leadership, has extensive experience as a church consultant and speaker, has served on the pastoral staff of a local congregation for nearly 10 years, and previously spent nearly 20 years in the marketplace as a business executive and consultant. He has an MBA from Harvard Business School. He speaks at conferences, and consults with congregations and church leaders. He has led workshops for (Rick Warren’s) Saddleback’s Purpose-Driven Church Conference, Willow Creek’s Prevailing Church Conference, National Association of Church Business Administrators (NACBA) Annual Conference, Presbyterian Church (USA) General Assembly, and others; and he has appeared on a Church Communications Network broadcast and on Willow Creek’s Defining Moments audio journal.
