Church Transfusion: Changing Your Church Organically--From the Inside Out

Neil Cole is an experienced and innovative church planter and pastor. Along with founding the Awakening Chapels, which are reaching young postmodern people in urban settings, he is also a founder of Church Multiplication Associates (CMA) which has grown to over 1,000 churches in 35 states and 30 nations in only seven years. Currently Neil serves as CMA’s executive director. He is responsible for resourcing church leaders with ministry tools to reproduce healthy disciples, leaders, churches and movements. His responsibilities also include recruiting, training, assessing, and coaching church planters.

Phil Helfer cofounded CMA in 1991 and is pastor of Los Altos Grace Church, with 300 members, and an expert on incorporating organic church principles into conventional churches.
