American Journal of Primatology

The corresponding author for this paper is Crickette Sanz. She spent several years working at the Chimpanzee and Human Communication Institute throughout her undergraduate and graduate career. Sanz then worked as a post-doctoral research fellow in the Primatology Department of the Max Planck Institute for Evolutionary Anthropology in Leipzig, Germany. She has recently joined the faculty of anthropology at Washington University of Saint Louis. She and Dr. David Morgan of Lincoln Park Zoo are co-directors of the Goualougo Triangle Ape Project in the Nouabale-Ndoki National Park, Republic of Congo.
