Michael Doonan, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor at the Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University and Director of the Masters in Public Policy (MPP) program. He is the Executive Director of the Massachusetts Health Policy Forum and Director of the Council for Health Care Economics and Policy. Doonan served as a member of President Clinton’s Health Care Taskforce. He began his career as a legislative aide for Senator John Kerry. He can be reached for questions at Doonan@brandeis.edu.
