UK: 5- 7 days EU Surface: 2-3 weeks EU Air: 1-2 weeks Non EU Surface: 2-3 weeks Non EU Air: 1-2 weeks Middle East/Africa/Japan Surface: 4- 6 weeks Midle East/Africa/Japan Air: 2- 3 weeks These periods do not allow for any customs clearance difficulties that may arise (Non EU countries only) that are beyond our control. Delivery will be arranged by John Wiley & Sons Ltd on your behalf via Wiley Distribution Services Ltd. Alternatively you may collect your order by prior arrangement. Taxes and Customs Taxes: VAT only applicable on postage in EC and on CD/Software products. Customs: Shipping costs do not include any duties, taxes, or clearing charges levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will vary from country to country. We cannot predetermine what the charges will be. The charges may be billed directly to the customer by the destination's customs authority, or may be billed to the customer through John Wiley & Sons Ltd. Our Returns Policy If you are not completely satisfied with a product purchased, return it within 30 days of receipt for a replacement copy or a full refund. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. Please package the item securely and send it to us with the delivery slip to the John Wiley & Sons, Ltd., Returns Department at the address below.
