ISDN (128 Kb) = 1 hour, 16 minutes
T1 = 6 minutes
Cable modem (10 Mb) = 1 minute
Cable modem (27 Mb) = less than 1 minute
It is highly recommended that customers use a T1 line or higher to download this update. Slower speeds can result in timing out during the download.
Update Instructions
- Click on the update link to begin the download process. (Please note the location to which you are downloading the file.)
- Once the download is complete, locate the update file on your computer.
- Close all running applications.
- Double click on the updater.exe file.
- When asked to confirm installation, select "Yes."
- Once the installation has completed, you will be notified the process was successful.
