Wiley Invites Parties Interested in Reselling Its Portfolio of Mass Spectrometry Libraries to Submit Letter of Interest
All parties interested in reselling John Wiley & Sons' portfolio of mass spectrometry libraries are invited to submit a letter of interest. Wiley is one of the world's leading producers of spectroscopic libraries in mass spectrometry, ranging from large libraries, such as the Wiley Registry of Mass Spectral Data, to specialty libraries covering geochemistry, steroids, legal and illegal drugs, and chemical weapons. Laboratories in forensics, toxicology, foods, consumer goods, environmental testing, employee testing, and homeland security typically purchase Wiley's mass spectral libraries.
Wiley's library products are typically warehoused and fulfilled by Wiley, but we will entertain direct fulfillment by qualified resellers. Attached is a list of these libraries, along with a brief description and suggested list price. We offer resellers discounts from the suggested list price based on annual sales volume. Below is a sample discount schedule:
- More than $250,000 per year = 45%
- $100,000 to $250,000 per year = 35%
- Less than $100,000 per year = 25%
Actual discount schedules will be negotiated.
If your firm is interested in reselling our mass spectral libraries, please provide a letter of interest to Wiley by October 31, 2005 by e-mail, fax, or post. The letter should include a brief description of your firm, its primary products, and key contact.
