Returns Policy

If you are a bookseller and need to return all or part of an order, please note the following:

1. Returns for credit must be accompanied by invoice or invoice information (invoice number, date, and purchase price). Books must be in saleable condition.
2. Out-of-print titles are not accepted 180 days after publisher's Out-of-Print Notification.
3. No returns will be accepted for credit from any customer who has not purchased books directly from Wiley.

Global Education Exceptions

Smart Stock Fee: All Global Education accounts that exceed an annual returns percentage of 33.1% will be assessed a fee of 8% against all credits the following year. To request an exception, an account must email wileygeaccounts@wiley.com explaining the reason: i.e. cancelled class, change in faculty assignment, late course materials change, etc.

All over stock returns must be received by the John Wiley Returns Center at the address below within 12 months of the Invoice date:

All Global Education Custom Publications returned to the John Wiley Returns Center are restricted to 10% of the respective Custom Publication's total order.

All Print on Demand (POD) titles are nonreturnable. A notification will be sent to the ordering account if the order is placed by telephone, Fax, mail or bookseller.wiley.com All Pubnet orders will not receive the warning.
