Establishing/Increasing a Credit Line for Customer Purchases:

A completed Credit Application, PDF (75 KB) or MS Word, is required for all Customers seeking a credit line for purchases in excess of $15,000 for either a new or existing account. For those seeking an extension of credit greater than $25,000, financial statements are also requested. Requesting a Wiley Catalog on CD-ROM

If you would like to receive a copy of the Wiley catalog on CD-ROM send an e-mail to fmcdermo@wiley.com. Please include your name, address, and phone number in the body of the e-mail. Supply is limited.
