Workforce Strategy Center

Partner with Wiley Pathways to stay ahead of the curve. If your institution has identified a new program area, but doesn’t have the time or resources to do the research or obtain the needed market expertise, Wiley Pathways can help. Through our partnership with the Workforce Strategy Center we will bring in subject matter experts to help develop the courses, outcomes, content, certification association, or other essentials needed to get a new course or program off the ground.

WSC works with education, workforce development, and economic development agencies to develop strategies to help students and workers succeed, and regional economies grow. WSC has helped over 20 states increase workforce competitiveness, including six states that have implemented WSC's "career pathways" approach.

WSC works with state and national leaders to develop effective education and employment policies that complement one another in order to better align public resources. As an applied think tank, WSC conducts research and writes about what we learn in order to advance the field of policy and practice.

Economic Modeling Institutes, Inc.

Knowing the current and projected trends in your regional workplace can help you plan the courses needed to train your students and grow enrollment. Through our partner Economic Modeling Specialists, a provider of integrated regional economic and labor market data, we can offer you specialized detailed information about regional economies for assessment and planning purposes, bringing together industry, workforce, and education perspectives. You can access their web-based analysis tools, data-driven reports, and consulting services through Wiley Pathways to obtain current, detailed data on what jobs are in demand now, and through forecasting scenarios, predict what jobs will be most in demand in the future. You can also request a "Program Justification Report," which provides economic data, specific to your city and institution, to justify creating a new program in any of our Wiley Pathways curriculum areas.
