One of the most valuable components of Wiley’s benefits is our retirement program (also known as pension or superannuation). In the U.S., for example, the Employee’s Retirement Plan, which was introduced in 1955 and covers all colleagues, was enhanced in 2004 to provide colleagues with an opportunity to earn an even larger benefit. Colleague retirement saving is encouraged by additional programs (which vary by location), such as a 401K plan with a company match and a Stock Purchase Plan.
