The Association of American Colleges and Universities is the leading national association concerned with the quality, vitality, and public standing of undergraduate liberal education. Its members are committed to extending the advantages of a liberal education to all students, regardless of academic specialization or intended career. With AAC&U, we have published Creating Interdisciplinary Campus Cultures: A Model for Strength and Sustainability and General Education Essentials: A Guide for College Faculty.

The American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (AACRAO) is a nonprofit, voluntary, professional association of more than 11,000 higher education admissions and registration professionals who represent more than 2,600 institutions and agencies in the United States and in over 40 countries around the world. The organization's mission is to serve and advance higher education by providing leadership in academic and enrollment services. AACRAO is our publishing partner on Strategic Enrollment Management Quarterly.

The Association of College and Research Libraries (ACRL), a division of the American Library Association (ALA), is a professional association of academic librarians and other interested individuals. It is dedicated to enhancing the ability of academic library and information professionals to serve the information needs of the higher education community and to improve learning, teaching, and research. With ACRL, we have published Interactive Open Educational Resources: A Guide to Finding, Choosing, and Using What's Out There to Transform College Teaching.

The American Conference of Academic Deans (ACAD) provides academic leaders who share a commitment to student learning and to the ideals of liberal education with networking and professional development opportunities and supports them in their work as educational leaders. We are proud to partner with ACAD on The Resource Handbook for Academic Deans, Third Edition.

The Association for Institutional Research is the world's largest professional organization for institutional researchers, serving more than 4,000 international members with the primary purpose of supporting its members in the process of facilitating quality, data-informed decisions for the enhancement of higher education. The Handbook of Institutional Research and New Directions for Institutional Research are both published in partnership with AIR.

ACPA–College Student Educators International supports and fosters college student learning through the generation and dissemination of knowledge, which informs policies, practices, and programs for student affairs professionals and the higher education community. With ACPA, we publish About Campus, a bimonthly magazine for those who want to thoughtfully examine the issues, policies, and practices that influence the learning experiences of college students.

The Association for the Study of Higher Education is a scholarly society dedicated to higher education as a field of study. ASHE promotes collaboration among its members and others engaged in the study of higher education through research, conferences, and publications, including the ASHE Higher Education Report monograph series, which is copublished by Jossey-Bass. ASHE is committed to rigorous scholarly approaches to the study of higher education and practical applications of systemic inquiry.

Campus Compact is a national coalition of more than 1,100 college and university presidents who are committed to fulfilling the public purpose of higher education. As the only national higher education association dedicated solely to campus-based civic engagement, Campus Compact promotes public and community service that develops students' citizenship skills, helps campuses forge effective community partnerships, and provides resources and training for faculty seeking to integrate civic and community-based learning into the curriculum. Campus Compact's membership includes public, private, two- and four-year institutions across the spectrum of higher education. The latest book from Campus Compact and Jossey-Bass is Service-Learning Essentials by Barbara Jacoby.

For over one hundred years, The Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching has been an independent policy and research center the aim of which is to realize educational improvement that is deep, widespread, and enduring. In partnership with Carnegie, we offer a variety of resources related to undergraduate, graduate, and professional education, including the Preparation for the Professions series, focused on graduate education of physicians, nurses, engineers, lawyers, and clergy, as well as other important reports on the state of higher education today, and a long legacy of resources in the area of the scholarship of teaching and learning, most recently, The Scholarship of Teaching and Learning Reconsidered. Inside Higher Ed is the online source for news, opinion, and jobs for all of higher education. Like us, IHE focuses on excellence, accessibility, and community. On Being Presidential, Governance Reconsidered, and Confessions of a Community College Administrator are the first three books to come out of our partnership with IHE.

The International Leadership Association (ILA) is the global network for all those who practice, study, and teach leadership. The ILA promotes a deeper understanding of leadership knowledge and practices for the greater good of individuals and communities worldwide. In keeping with the mission of the ILA, each year the ILA and Jossey-Bass publish a book that captures the best contemporary thinking about leadership from a diverse range of scholars, practitioners, and educators working in the field of leadership studies. The International Leadership Series Building Leadership Bridges connects ways of researching, imagining, and experiencing leadership across cultures, over time, and around the world. The most recent volume in the series is Leading with Spirit, Presence, and Authenticity.

NACADA, The Global Community for Academic Advising, promotes and supports quality academic advising in institutions of higher education to enhance the educational development of students. NACADA provides a forum for discussion, debate, and the exchange of ideas pertaining to academic advising through numerous activities and publications. Together, we have published Academic Advising: A Comprehensive Handbook, Second Edition, Academic Advising Approaches: Strategies That Teach Students to Make the Most of College, and The Handbook of Career Advising.

The purpose of the National Association of College and University Attorneys is to enhance legal assistance to colleges and universities by educating attorneys and administrators as to the nature of campus legal issues. It has an equally important role to play in the continuing legal education of university counsel. NACUA publishes periodic supplements to The Law of Higher Education and The Law of Higher Education, Student Version which include updated legal information between editions.

The National Resource Center for The First-Year Experience and Students in Transition serves as the trusted expert, internationally recognized leader, and clearinghouse for scholarship, policy, and best practice for all postsecondary student transitions. Developing and Sustaining Successful First-Year Programs and Helping Sophomores Succeed: Understanding and Improving the Second-Year Experience come out of our partnership.

NASPA–Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education is devoted to the advancement, health, and sustainability of the student affairs profession by serving a wide range of professionals who provide programs, experiences, and services that cultivate student learning and success in concert with the missions of their colleges and universities. NASPA sponsors The Handbook of Student Affairs Administration and In Search of Safer Communities: Practices for Student Affairs in Addressing Campus Violence: Supplement to New Directions for Student Services, No. 124.

The National Clearinghouse for Leadership Programs, through the development of cutting-edge resources, information sharing, and symposia, supports leadership development in college students by serving as a central source of professional development for leadership educators. NCLP also works to connect leadership educators to one another and support those developing leadership programs in their communities. NCLP and Jossey-Bass have partnered to publish The Handbook for Student Leadership Development, Second Edition.

The Professional and Organizational Development Network in Higher Education fosters human development in higher education through faculty, instructional, and organizational development. POD believes that the development of students is a fundamental purpose of higher education and requires effective advising, teaching, leadership, and management. Jossey-Bass and POD copublished A Guide to Faculty Development, Second Edition, and collaborate on the biannual online journal To Improve the Academy: A Journal of Educational Development.

The RP Group strengthens the abilities of community colleges to gather, analyze, and act on information in order to strengthen student success. Grounded in its roots as a professional association for researchers and planners, the RP Group provides research, evaluation, technical assistance, and professional development services that support evidence-based decision making and inquiry. With the RP Group, we have published Student Success in Community Colleges: A Practical Guide to Developmental Education.
