Jill Gilbert Welytok, JD, CPA (Milwaukee, WI), is an attorney who has previously worked as an accounting consultant and now heads her firm's Sarbanes-Oxley compliance division. She also holds a Master's degree in computer science.  She is also the author of two For Dummies technology titles.
