2 73-75 Missing step in Exercise
Under "Assigning Materials Using the Hypershade," an additional step is necessary to complete the exercise.

After Step 10. on pg. 75, insert this text:
11. Select the cube, and go to the Attribute Editor (Ctrl+A). Click the polyCube1 tab (or if you renamed the cube, click the tab with the cube's name). Under Poly Cube History, there is a Create UVs dropdown list. By default it is set to Normalize Collectively and Preserve Aspect Ratio. Change this to Normalize Each Face Separately.

Also, if you wish to normalize each face separately for all future cubes, go to the Options Box for create cube (Create > Polygon Primitives [~Option box] ), and select the Each Face Separately radio button option instead of the Collectively option.
