She is the author of over 90 books, including PC Maintenance: Preparing for A+ Certification, A+ Jumpstart, and A+ Fast Pass. She teaches Computer Hardware and Software Architecture at Indiana University/Purdue University in Indianapolis, and she writes and facilitates online courses on PC hardware and software for corporate clients including Hewlett Packard, Sony, and CNET.
