Kathy Jacobs, MVP, has been leading technical training projects since the early 1990s, with responsibilities for designing courses, managing training programs, evaluating other instructors, and conducting classes. She supports and trains users in a variety of subjects on a variety of platforms, in both live classes and e-classes. She has been a Microsoft MVP since 2003.
