Leading Through Transitions: Participant Workbook

Leaders are constantly challenged with the daunting task of managing ongoing change and transition. Not only do they need to cope with the structural side (creating a vision, reorganizing, and restructuring), but they are also on the frontlines of the people part of change (grieving, letting go, building hope, and learning).

The Leading Through Transitions Participant Workbook  provides leaders with the important information and the tools needed to develop the key leadership skills that are so critical while facing unrelenting change.
