Mick Bennett is the Managing Director of Hewitt’s Asia-Pacific operations. He has over 15 years of consulting experience in organizational performance and effectiveness, and has particular expertise in performance management, innovative rewards design, and aligning people strategies to business results. Included in his client list are major multinational corporations and public sector organizations across the Asia-Pacific region.
Mick has a background in Psychology, and earned an M.Phil. in Occupational Psychology from the University of London and a Ph.D. in Education from the university of the South Pacific.

Andrew Bell is Hewitt’s Hong Kong based Asia-Pacific head of Leadership, Talent and Capability. Andrew is also a member of Hewitt’s global Best Employers team and was previously the project director for the Best Employers in Australia study.
Andrew’s consulting experience covers a broad span of organizational development initiatives with particular expertise in helping businesses diagnose and then implement actions to impact leadership effectiveness, organizational culture and employee Engagement.
