This is a clinical EBM book with contributions from North America, Europe and the Middle East. There is an introductory section on the basics as there are particular issues about follow up in this specialty. The clinical chapters follow the question framing and discussion of evidence format. The evidence is graded to indicate best practice according to what is available. The editor has been involved in many of the systematic reviews and meta analyses in this area.
