RUDOLPH C. "Kim" KIMIECIK is the founder and Director of ProTect--Retail Loss Prevention, a consulting and seminar business that focuses on helping small and medium-sized retailers, especially those who do not have corporate security staffs, protect and safeguard their stores from both internal and external losses. He has 35 years' experience in investigation, security, and loss prevention. A former regional loss prevention supervisor for a major drugstore chain, Kimiecik developed a loss prevention and security training program that was implemented throughout the chain's 200 stores. He also served as a special agent with the United States Air Force Office of Special Investigations and he was Chief of Investigations for a major U.S. agency.
