SÁNDOR POPOVICS, Professor of Civil Engineering at Drexel University, is an internationally known authority on concrete technology. He has written over 150 technical publications, including four books. He is a Fellow of the American Concrete Institute and the American Society of Civil Engineers. He received his PhD in highway engineering at Purdue University.
