STEVEN M. KAPLAN, after a fully bilingual primary and secondary school education in Puerto Rico, went on to earn a BA from Sarah Lawrence College and an MS from Fordham University. Mr. Kaplan is also the author of Wiley's English-Spanish, Spanish-English Dictionary of Psychology and Psychiatry, the English-Spanish, Spanish-English Electrical and Computer Engineering Dictionary, and the English-Spanish, Spanish-English Legal Dictionary (Second Edition).
