DAVID CONGER is a contract author/ software engineer and has been programming professionally for twenty years. Formerly a professor at Albuquerque Technical-Vocational Institute, he has developed software for military aircraft, games, small businesses, and interactive TV. He has also written books on topics such as the fundamentals of microcomputers and programming in C, C++, and C#.
