Organic Reactions, Volume 54

As with previous volumes in this acclaimed series, Volume 54 is devoted to a specific process with important applications in organic and medicinal chemistry. In two major parts, expert contributions address aromatic substitution by the S_RN1 reaction and the oxidation of carbonyl compounds with organohypervalent iodine reagents.
