STEVEN M. KAPLAN, a distinguished lexicographer, has taught at the two main universities in Puerto Rico and in many other bilingual settings. He is also the author of English-Spanish, Spanish-English Legal Dictionary and the English-Spanish, Spanish-English Dictionary of Psychology and Psychiatry (both from Wiley).
