ANDREW HILES is a founding Director of the Kingswell Partnership and has over 15 years' experience of business continuity planning. He is founder and Chairman of Survive and was a founding Director of the Business Continuity Institute, the international body for certification of business continuity professionals. Andrew is a speaker at international conferences and has delivered over 250 successful workshops and training courses, as well as broadcasting on radio and television. He also has over 300 published articles on business continuity to his credit. He is a member of the British Computer Society.
PETER BARNES consults in business continuity within the Global Risk Management Solutions practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers. A Fellow of the Business Continuity Institute, he was formerly International Operations Director of Survive and has more than eight years' experience in business continuity management. Peter has led numerous initiatives to generate and disseminate guidance and best practice in business continuity management. He has also collaborated with groups throughout the world in the development of guidelines as a basis for creation of business continuity standards.
