WHITHAM D. REEVE is the President of Reeve Engineers and the author of numerous books and articles on telecommunications engineering. Mr. Reeve is the Editor of the IEEE Press Telecommunications Handbook Series, past member of the IEEE Press Editorial Board, a Senior Member of the IEEE, and a Senior and Charter Member of the National Association of Radio and Telecommunications Engineers.
