This self testing program for ophthalmology trainees provides 100 different cases of retinal disease. It gives the user the option first to examine the case blind, to make the diagnosis, then access the full information. Hypertext and additional images expand the content, and MCQs provide the self assessment element.

Note on installing the CD

The CD is designed to install automatically. If this does not happen after a few seconds, follow the instructions below:

• Click the 'Start' menu and select 'My Computer' .


• Right-click on the eye icon 'Retina' and select 'Explore' from the pop-up menu that appears.


• Double-click (with the left mouse button) the file 'Index.htm'. Your web browser will start with the first page of the CD.
