Dr. Allan Trench is a non-Executive Chairman of Navigator Resources Ltd and a non-executive director of Heron Resources and Pioneer Nickel. He holds an honours degree in geology, a doctorate in geophysics, a masters degree in mineral economics and an MBA. Allan is Adjunct Professor of Mineral Economics and Mine Management at the Western Australian School of Mines.

Dr. Don Pridmore is Managing Director of Intierra Ltd, a global firm that specialises in business intelligence for the resources industry. Don holds degrees in geology and geophysics, and is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Australian Academy of Technological Science and Engineering.

Leonard Lau is a manager of Group Business Development a Xstrata. He holds an honours degree in commerce and the Chartered Financial analyst designation. Leonard has worked as an analyst for a major Australian oil and gas producer for over three years.
