RONALD L. KRUTZ, PhD, PE, CISSP, ISSEP, is a Senior Information Security Researcher for The Sytex Group, Inc. He was a faculty member in the Carnegie Mellon ECE Department and associate director of the Carnegie Mellon Research Institute.
