Martin C. Brown has been a programmer and systems manager for eleven years and has worked for a variety of organizations, including a university, and ISP, and an advertising agency. He specializes in making computers easier to use and more accessible to people who are not computer literate, and in integrating different platforms in the same environment.
A full-time author, Martin spends most of his time writing programming books, despite his efforts to avoid getting sucked to far into the programming world. He is the author of eleven other titles, including Perl! I Didn't Know You Could Do That... from Sybex, Perl: The Complete Reference, Python: The Complete Reference, and Debugging Perl.
