William Heldman, IT Project+, MCSE, MCT, is the director of operations for Denver's Office of Information Technology and has extensive experience participating in and managing IT projects. He has written or contributed to ten IT books, including several about the Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) certification program, and has written feature articles for Microsoft Certified Professional and Windows 2000/XP magazines.
