MARLENE M. MAHEU is the CEO and president of E-Health Interactive and founder and editor in chief of SelfhelpMagazine.com. She is also the director of telehealth and e-health for Alliant University.
PAMELA WHITTEN is assistant professor, in the Department of Telecommunications at Michigan State University where she is the principal investigator for a number of telehealth and e-mail research projects.
