She is the author of numerous books, including Secrets of Successful Fundraising, which was the first nonprofit-related book to be selected by the Book of the Month Club. She has served on twenty-eight Boards and has been President of seven.
Richard I. Goldbaum is a principal of Transitions In Leadership, LLC, a management consulting firm providing services for planning and implementing leadership and organizational change.
