She is also the author of Training for Dummies from Wiley and the editor of two Pfeiffer Annuals. Biech is president and managing principal of ebb associates inc and consults, as well as designs and delivers training programs, to a diverse range of industries including health care, insurance, banking, shipbuilding, manufacturing, government, and nonprofit organizations.
