Peter H. Emmons is president of Structural Preservation Systems, Inc., the nation's largest dedicated concrete repair contractor, headquartered in Baltimore, MD. Mr. Emmons holds a degree in civil engineering from the University of Maryland, has over 20 years experience in structural concrete repair, and has been involved with over 3,000 concrete repair projects.
