STEPHANIE RADKAY joined the trading pits of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange in 1990 as a clerk for a major international options and futures firm. In 1993, she began her broker career as the only woman in the Major Market Index Futures pit and one of a handful of women in the S&P 500 for three years. In 2000, she decided to take a break from trading and, in 2008, returned to her love for the trade and to help build RDS Trader, the screen trading education company her husband, Mike was building.
