The author presents thirty-one provocative propositions challenging traditional ideas about the nature and practice of program evaluation. In the process, he explores ways to improve popular evaluation models and approaches and to creatively address intermediate and advanced evaluation issues. While challenging well-held beliefs and developing new and innovative approaches to program evaluation, the author also aims to provide a substantial introduction to the most analytical and comprehensive of the various accepted methods.
