Shared Pendsey is a pioneer diabetologist of Central India. He specialised in diabetology from Germany, Croatia and UK, has several research publications and has been a regular faculty at National and International levels. He is the recipient of many prestigious National and International awards. He has been the All India President of Research Society for Study of Diabetes in India. Dr. Pendsey has established DREAM Trust which provides free insulin to the needy. He is actively involved in clinical research in diabetes and has one of the largest series on diabetic foot in India; he is member of the International Working Group on Diabetic Foot.
