Australasian Journal of Ultrasound in Medicine (AJUM) is an international peer-reviewed multi-disciplinary medical ultrasound journal and the official journal of the Australasian Society for Ultrasound in Medicine (ASUM). AJUM accepts original research studies, review articles on diagnostic ultrasound, letters to the editor, Education manuscripts, case studies, book reviews and commentary on current issues in medical ultrasound. Articles submitted are assessed by reviewers who are members of a panel of acknowledged experts in diagnostic sonography, medical ultrasound and therapy. Four issues are published annually in February, May, August and November.

Originally published as the Ultrasound Bulletin since February 1998, the journal was renamed to the Australasian Journal of Ultrasound in Medicine (AJUM) in February 2009.
