The version 2.0 of this dynamic assessment software includes nutrient values for over 26,000 foods, in-cluding many of the most popular food choices today, as well as ethnic and cultural choices. To allow students to accurately track their individual diets and keep up with the ever changing food market, foods not included can be added to the database. Since exercise is such an important part of calculating energy balance, this new software includes an improved component for analyzing physical activity. In addition to the ability to track and analyze diets and exercise, some distinctive features include serving size animations, a self-discovery survey tool, single nutrient reports, menu planning, and an easy-to-use design.
