¡Con brío! Beginning Spanish, 2nd Edition

—The Activities Manual contains two components:

1. A Workbook that links reading and writing, builds vocabulary, practices grammar, and helps students develop personal expression and composition skills. Some activities are self correcting, with an Answer Key available at the end of the Activities Manual, and others are more open-ended, involving creative expression The Toque final section includes a guided composition and a comprehensive check for the three Tu mundo cultural sections of the chapter. 

2. A Lab Manual for the Lab Audio Program (available on CDs and also in WileyPLUS) includes a variety of contextualized listening comprehension activities.

 *A workbook and lab manual will also be available as a custom package.  

 

Consists of two text-specific and culturally-based segments per chapter, which follow the interview or documentary formats. Throughout the segments, students will watch real-life interactions between native speakers of Spanish in the U.S. and abroad, in professional and social settings, in order to explore cultural topics presented in the textbook. The Video is complimentary for instructors and can be purchased by students. It is also available digitally in WileyPLUS and in DVD format.
