Thunderbird International Business Review
is an HBR-style refereed practitioner journal, published six times a year, which aims to be the most trusted source of useful and innovative thought leadership for global business leaders. The globalization of markets and businesses increases the need for more active communication and a greater exchange of ideas and research among scholars and practitioners throughout the world. The journalb s primary audience includes international managers, global leaders and executives in international business and government, and academics.
Thunderbird International Business Review
encourages the development of innovative ideas and new research methods for understanding the challenges confronting global business. Papers should help bridge the gap between academics and the business community. The journal encourages applied research that develops implications for international business practitioners
Priority will be given to well-written papers with a carefully developed methodology that offer insightful and practical solutions to international business issues. Interdisciplinary approaches are welcome. Country and case studies with comment, interviews with international managers and practitioners, and reviews of current global business books will also be published.
Appropriate topics for papers include various aspects of global business such as human resource management, marketing, finance, and political economy. Papers dealing with cross cultural, political, legal, or technology issues related to international business are also appropriate.
