Forthcoming Journal of Marriage and Family Decade-In-Review

Continuing a long and very successful JMF tradition, the June, 2010 issue of Journal of Marriage and Family will be devoted exclusively to decade-in-review essays. Each essay is focused on a highly researched, timely, or controversial topic with the objective of thoroughly and critically reviewing the significant advances in this area over the last decade and providing suggestions for the future development of the field. Each review reflects JMF's mission to represent scholarship concerning all forms of families from a variety of disciplines in the social sciences, with special sensitivity to issues of race, gender, class, and sexual orientation. Like each of the previous JMF decade-in-review issues, this issue will be very influential in shaping the field and in training new generations of scholars.
