The main focus of the journal is on articles in cardiovascular pharmacology and clinical pharmacology and clinical trials of new or potential cardiovascular therapies. Articles on translational research, pharmacogenomics and personalized medicine, device, gene and cell therapies and pharmacoepidemiology are also encouraged.
