Joining International Society for Animal Genetics

The International Society for Animal Genetics is devoted to the study of immunogenetics, molecular genetics and functional genomics in economically important and domesticated species. It organizes biennial conferences and coordinates workshops on relevant topics. The Society is open to members from all over the world. Anyone who is interested in the aims of the Society is eligible for membership. Applications for membership should be made by using the Application Form.

There are two main types of membership - Institutional and Individual.

Institutional Membership

Institutional members receive the following benefits:

  • Participation in Comparison and Reference Tests.
  • The ISAG Journal, Animal Genetics, which is published in six volumes per year.

NB: Staff members of laboratories which are Institutional members are not entitled to any special privileges or voting rights, and they are encouraged to become Individual members.

Individual Membership

Individual members have full voting rights and are entitled to participate in all Society functions. Individual members receive the following benefits:

  • An online subscription to Animal Genetics.
  • A reduced subscription rate to the print version of Animal Genetics.
  • Reduced registration fees to the ISAG biennial conferences.

How to Subscribe

To subscribe to this journal or renew your current subscription, select the volume year you require (if you select the current year, we will send you any issues already published). Then select the appropriate price from the table. This will generate an order form. As this web site is secure, you can use this form to pay by credit card. Alternatively you can print a copy of the form, complete it and return it to us with your payment.
